Delivery
UK Delivery
£12 per order
& the Angels use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. The parcel will arrive before 1pm the day after it is dispatched based on normal working days ie. not weekends or bank holidays. Your parcel will require a signature upon receipt.
International Delivery
£20 per order
We use Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed service and delivery times are approx 5 - 9 working days, from the date it is dispatched, based on normal working days ie. not weekends and bank holidays. Your parcel will require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure there will be someone present to receive the goods and provide a signature.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Late / Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to locate it with Royal Mail.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. You can check the signature of the person that has signed for the parcel, by entering your tracking number on the Royal Mail website. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
& the Angels cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Refunds Returns & Repairs
Any item that is bespoke or that has been customised in any way is not refundable. This includes items that have been engraved or have been altered in length, or the customer has asked for the specifications to be adjusted.
The 75% deposit on a bespoke item is non-refundable.
Sale items cannot be returned.
We do not offer a refund on shop bought items.
You can return your online purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order, for a refund, exchange or credit note, please read the section “How to Return”
If you need your &theAngels jewellery to be repaired please contact me. I will take time and care to inspect your jewellery in order to determine the service that needs to be provided. If it is necessary you will receive an estimate of cost and a time schedule. I will then provide the service as soon as you validate the estimate. Please read the section Repair and if this service is needed please contact enquiries@andtheangels.co.uk
What happens if I buy something in & the Angels work+shop and then I change my mind?
We do not offer a refund on work+shop bought items.
& the Angels will offer an exchange, or credit note within 14 days from purchase. This is provided that the item is in pristine condition in its original packaging with the original receipt.
Please note: Refunds, Credit Notes or Exchanges do not apply to customised products e.g. engraved or bespoke orders, which cannot be returned.
Sale items cannot be returned.
How to Return
Online Purchases
We offer a money back guarantee minus any shipping costs for goods returned within 14 days of delivery.
Your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the item.To take advantage of our money back guarantee for online purchases you must do the following:
State the reasons for your return-exchange or refund.
Package the item securely with care; you will be responsible for any damage/scratching incurred in transit.
Return the item in an unworn pristine and re-saleable condition along with its original packaging and receipt to:

If returning from within the UK send by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured. You are responsible for the delivery charges.
If returning from outside the UK send by signed for, insured and tracked delivery. You are responsible for the delivery charges.
International customers
For online sales sent internationally the same terms and conditions apply. Goods must be in pristine condition in their original packaging with the receipt. Always use a signed-for, fully insured delivery option.
Please note that you will be responsible for all delivery charges.
Gift Returns
If you have received an item as a gift, we will happily offer an exchange for an item of the same or greater value.
Please note that the above terms still apply to all exchange requests.
Christmas Returns
&the Angels returns period is extended until the 18th January 2024 for Christmas gift purchases made between 13th November and 21st December 2024
(&theAngels will be closed from 5pm Saturday 21st December 2024 until 10.30am on Wednesday 6th January 2025.)
Bespoke Purchases
Our returns policy does not apply to any bespoke or customised piece, including engraving and alterations.

Repair
The best thing to do is contact us and we can then talk through your options with you.
& the Angels jewellery is crafted by hand; each piece is individual. Please read the following advice before you get in touch enquiries@andtheangels.co.uk
Pieces with delicate, kinetic parts, hinges and spinning sections and fine gold plate must be treated with extreme care and respect.
If your jewellery is damaged and needs repair it is essential that you keep and return all of the parts of the jewellery in order for & the Angels to assess whether repairs can be made.
If there is a structural fault which occurs within 6 months of delivery of your jewellery and all parts are returned to the work+shop we will make every effort to repair your jewellery free of charge. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by us, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. If your jewellery becomes damaged and it is NOT a manufacturing fault or if parts have been lost then we can always repair it for you as we made it, however this will incur a charge.

Alterations

To change necklace / chain length or re-size rings please contact & the Angels work+shop within 30 days of purchase and let us know what size you need. Send back the ring in a pristine saleable condition in its original packaging with the original receipt, once we have received this, we will make a ring for you in the right size.
If you need your &the Angels jewellery to be repaired please contact me. I will take time and care to inspect your jewellery in order to determine the service that needs to be provided. If it is necessary you will receive an estimate of cost and a time schedule. We will then provide the service as soon as you validate the estimate. We will also give you a timeframe for your repair. Some repairs are simpler and quicker than others. It can take up to 8 weeks to complete a repair. If its minor we can sometimes do it in a few days.

Repairing heirloom and collected jewellery
& the Angels does not repair jewellery not made in the Angels work+shop.
There are jewellers who specialise in repair and resizing so I recommend finding a reputable jeweller near you so that you can meet them in person to ensure the repairs are to your exact measurements and specification.
PACKAGING
& the Angels is committed to reducing its environmental impact, working thoughtfully to ensure all our materials in the work+shop and those that leave the work+shop are recycled or recyclable.
All packaging is made in the UK.
Our jewellery boxes are made from an eco-friendly cardboard. They are 100% recyclable and can be put in home recycling collection boxes. The boxes contain a sustainable foam insert. The insert cannot be recycled but disposed of as household rubbish.
Gift Card packaging
& the Angels Gift Cards are designed and printed on FSC in Bristol and hand finished in & the Angels work+shop
Gift cards are sold in fine see through bags which are Compostable and Bio-degradable.
These bags are made in the UK from film that has been accredited to OK biobased and DIN EN 13432. They are made from annually renewable PLA derived from vegetable starches (potato, sugar beet etc.)and are fully Biodegradable, which means that they break down to CO2, H2O and biomass which can then be reused in the eco system to make new plants. This will happen in either in home or commercial composting but in commercial composting the temperature will be higher and the process is much quicker. In a colder home composter it will just take longer.
Envelopes are 100% recycled. Most of the recycled paper used in our envelopes is made from 100% post consumer waste, and a few of the colours can vary slightly from batch to batch
